The River City Gems are a social and support group serving the crossdressing and transgender community of Northern California. We are based in Sacramento and have members from the Central Valley, the Bay Area, the Sierra Nevada, and neighboring states.

SGA, formerly Sacramento Gender Association, is an open TG group in Sacramento. It has joined with The Center (Sacramento Gay & Lesbian Center/Lambda Community Center) and no longer exists as a separate organization.

Trans Families Sacramento is a support group for transgender and transsexual people, their parents, partners, children, other family members, friends, and supportive others.

Far2go Forum, part of this website, features public and private message boards. The pubic area is available to discuss this website and it content, while the private area is meant to help transitioning (and transitioned) local & regional MTFs find information and connect with each other.

Sacramento Transgender Coalition (SacTGC) is an alliance of transgender groups wishing to strengthen the transgender community in Sacramento.

A support group for FTMs in early transition. Meets the second Wednesday of every month at Butch -N- Nellies (1827 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95816), at 7pm.
